The things committees ask
Do I need a card to start?+
No. The 30-day trial includes every feature and asks for no payment details. Add a card whenever you’re ready — your plan starts when the trial ends, not before.
What happens when my trial ends?+
If you’ve added payment details, your plan starts automatically. If you haven’t, your booking page pauses (no new bookings can be made) but you keep full dashboard access and all of your data. Add payment details at any time to reopen.
Does Hallsea handle the money?+
No. You get paid the way you already do — bank transfer, cash, cheque. Hallsea sends each booker an invoice email with the price and your payment instructions, and takes no commission.
I’m not technical. Honestly, can I set this up?+
Yes. Setting up means typing your space names and prices and uploading a few photos. If you can write an email with an attachment, you can run Hallsea. And if you get stuck, a human answers our support email.
What do the people booking actually see?+
A simple page with your organisation’s name, your spaces, photos, prices, and live availability. They book with just their name and email — no account or password — and manage their bookings through a secure link we email them.
